1. Eligibility:
– The competition is open to residents of the YO postcode area only.
– Participants must be under 18 years of age and fall into one of the following categories:
– 3 to 5 years
– 6 to 8 years
– 9 to 13 years
– 14 to 17 years
– Only one entry per child is permitted.

2. Entry Instructions:
– Participants must design their pumpkin by either carving or painting.
– A photo of the completed pumpkin must be taken and uploaded via our website at www.enzoaccountants.co.uk/halloween24
– Parents or guardians must Like and Share the competition post on social media to complete the entry.

3. Entry Deadline:
– All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Monday, 4th November 2024. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Prizes:
– Each category winner will receive a £50 York Gift Card.
– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:
– The winners will be chosen by an independent panel of judges and will be announced on Friday, 8th November 2024.
– Winners will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter or directly via email through the information provided during entry submission.

6. General Conditions:
– By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
– Enzo Accountants reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed inappropriate or that do not meet the competition criteria.
– Enzo Accountants reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
